EMA Section Emergency Coordinator Mike Neilsen, W1MPN, has announced the date for this year’s Section Emergency Test (SET), scheduled for Saturday, November 8th. The SET affords interested amateurs and groups an opportunity to participate in emergency communications exercises on both the local and area level.
