ARRL Headquarters has given the Southeastern MA ARA the “thumbs-up” for its September flea market.
In a letter dated August 6, 2004 to SEMARA’s Ray Arruda, KB1EVX, ARRL Convention Program Manager Gail Iannone wrote, “We’re pleased to tell you that Director Frenaye has approved the application of the Southeastern MA Amateur Radio Association to hold an ARRL approved hamfest in Dartmouth, MA on September 12, 2004.”
