The Sturdy Memorial Hospital Amateur Radio Club will perform communications for the annual Norton Halloween Parade on Sunday, October 28, 2007.
According to SMHARC’s Ray Cord, K2TGX, participants are asked to meet at Norton Rental on Route 123 between 10:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. “We will do our normal thing of organizing the chaos,” Cord says.
