The Whitman Amateur Radio Club‘s Saftler’s flea market was a financial success, according to WARC President Paul Burbine, N1VTI. The Labor Day event was attended by 31 Whitman club members and 15 area hams. “This was a great social event where we were able to have eyeball QSOs and get an update on “radioactive” projects, added Burbine. In addition, the club’s station, WA1NPO was activated for the event.
