Eastern MA ARES has been approached by Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton to develop a hospital/ham radio relationship for emergency communications. ARRL Section Manager Mike Neilsen, W1MPN and Assistant SM Carl Aveni, N1FY met with staff from Good Samaritan and came to a preliminary agreement.
