The Cape Ann ARA and Ipswich Emergency Management Agency are supporting the YuKanRun Stache Half Marathon & 1-Mile Race on November 2nd, 2014 in Ipswich as part of our EmComms practice.
We need about 7 operators to staff check-points along the route. The 1-Mile event starts at 0900 and the 1/2-Marathon starts at 0930 from the Ipswich High-School. Please inform me if you can work this event. Requirements will be a mobile or HT 2-meter radio. We’ll probably be using the Ipswich repeater at 145.490 (-, PL-131.8) and back up with 146.505 Simplex.
