Fran Kelly, KC1NDQ, Swansea, MA, plans to activate Phoenix State Park, K-8409, in Fairhaven, MA for Parks On The Air (POTA) on July 17 from 1300 to 1800. Fran will operate on 10, 20, and 40 meters for the event.
