Steven Telsey, N1BDA (Extra) 1/23/03 Additional Information: Steve is the DEC for Steve is an experienced veteran of field operations and numerous public service events ranging from the Boston Marathon, Walk for Hunger, and Head of the Charles to local races, parades, and benefits. He is a SKYWARN spotter and RACES Radio Officer in He is an instructor and examiner for ARRL Emergency Communications courses and has completed numerous FEMA and Steve is currently a Deputy Director of the Concord Emergency Management Agency and has been a firefighter and EMT. He is an officer of MMRA and a member of PART of Westford and the Colonial Wireless Association.
