NEWINGTON, CT, Jun 6, 2003–ARRL and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) will sign a Statement of Affiliation (SoA) at the League’s 2003 National Convention later this month in Texas. The convention will be held June 20-22 at the Arlington Convention Center in conjunction with Ham-Com.
