Bob Mims – WA1OEZ has announced that Army MARS will conduct a Region 1 (New England wide) exercise “All New England 2004” on Sat. March 6th from 0900 to 1200 local. The Exercise will involve coordination between all six New England states.
Digital PACTOR Gateways and VHF Packet BBS’s will be used to move traffic, and tests will be made of the MARS ALE (Automatic Link Establishment) System.
