The Police Amateur Radio Team of Westford is conducting a kit building project on Saturday, February 23, 2008 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 10 Church Street, Westford, MA. The all-day event is aimed at both beginner and seasoned kit builder alike with an emphasis on mentoring, learning, and fun. The club-sponsored kit for this event is the Rock-mite by Small Wonder Labs, a 40m QRP transceiver with built-in keyer.
