Bill Ricker, N1VUX presented on SKYWARN at the September 15, 2005 meeting of the Boston Amateur Radio Club in West Newton. In addition to his club talks, Ricker, a long-time SKYWARN veteran, helps conduct many of the official SKYWARN training sessions throughout New England. Attendees included Eastern MA Section Manager Mike Neilsen, W1MPN.
